Russell has an extensive 23 year background in property. From regular real estate sales on the North Shore, managing a chain of Real Estate offices to working for a large developer of apartment complexes. Russell is pretty much 'a property guy' who has a genuine passion for property. He truly understands not only today’s property market but also draws on his extensive experience and the expertise of his team to make the best of the market – whatever the political or economic climate. Property is ultimately about providing homes for families and investors.

We operate exclusively in the new build off the plan property market because we believe this is the best solution for most New Zealand investors. Russell holds a full agent license under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. Craig is a switched-on, knowledgeable real estate sales consultant who brings 20 years of market experience to the Momentum Realty team. He has developed highly focused skills and insights that help clients make informed buying decisions. Craig’s experience spans three distinct property cycles and his considered approach in a changing market is critical. As a testament to his career, Craig was inducted as a Life Member of Tremains Real Estate, one of New Zealander largest independent agencies.

Suzanne lives and breathes property investment. It’s her ‘jam’ as she would say. Five minutes to spare? You’ll likely find her browsing Trade Me Property. It’s no surprise, then, that Suzanne has been investing in property herself for over 20 years. She’s ridden through the property cycles and experienced the good and bad of the property investment world. Before taking the leap to become a Licensed Salesperson, Suzanne specialised as a Property Coach at enable.me, and prior to that, a Financial Adviser helping everyday Kiwis achieve their financial dreams – just like she has. Now she’s here to share her experiences with you so you can make the best property investment decisions and grow your own investment portfolio. In partnership with your enable.me financial coach, Suzanne will help you explore the property options best suited to your situation and guide you through the entire property purchasing journey.

MEERA LARSEN

NEW CLIENT MANAGER

Meera holds a National Certificate in Real Estate (Level 4 Salesperson) and has a passion for property. She has over 10 years of administration experience in the Real Estate industry, including managing offices for market-leading agencies and working in both commercial and residential property and business sales. Meera’s role as New Client Manager is to manage the process from onboarding our vendor clients and their properties, to preparing sale and purchase agreements through to settlement.
