Established in Tauranga in 1997, Generation Homes is one of the country’s leading residential construction companies. The company was founded by Graham Hockly, an electrician, and his business partner, quantity surveyor David Mansel.

In 2007 Generation Homes implemented a Joint Venture Partnership model which allowed for growth into other parts of New Zealand. Seeing the value in the systems they had created and the production build methodology which allows for a repeatable process that can see builds completed in a set timeframe and at a fixed price, Generation Homes has helped to build 1000’s of homes in communities across the country.
